Care Instructions
When you're buying a Bumble Kitty item, I want to make sure that you know the best take care of it. You're buying a piece of fiber art so you want to make sure you're taking care of it so that it lives a long and happy life!
Below I have an explanation on how to best care for specific types of items. If you have an issues or questions, please reach out to me!
SWEATERS:
All sweaters are made with high quality anti-pill fleece and hand embroidered details! The sweater is a classic unisex crew neck sweater (50% cotton 50% poly) and is super soft on the inside!
- turn inside out to wash
- hand wash or wash on delicate with gentle soap and cold or cool water
- hang up to dry
- I really recommend hand washing to keep the design in good shape!
WITCH HATS AND COLLARS:
All witch hats and collars are made from high quality merino blend wool felt. They are very soft, lightweight, and comfortable to wear!
- wool felt will distort and shrink if it gets too wet!
- if you do need to clean your hat i would recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth

if the hat or collar gets wrinkled it is easy to iron the hat using an iron on the wool setting
CROCHET:
All of my crochet items are made with synthetic blend wool so there is not much a worry for shrinking or distorting, but the poly-fil will tend to lump up during cleaning.
- if you need to clean your crochet item i would recommend spot cleaning
- for deeper cleans hand wash with gentle soap and cold or cool water
- tumble dry or let air dry
- if your crochet item gets out of shape the poly-fil inside can be pretty easily manipulated by fluffing it and moving it around!
